TGO NatureScape Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering Central Florida communities through sustainable landscaping, and educating Central Florida residents and local decision-makers about the critical role native plants play in creating sustainable, resilient landscapes.

 

Native vegetation supports water conservation, improves water quality, curbs the spread of invasive species, and provides essential habitats for wildlife. Through this education, we aim to inspire the widespread adoption of environmentally responsible landscaping practices.

 

In partnership with local governments, native plant specialists, and regional water management districts, TGON creates customized, community-specific landscape renderings using advanced 3D design software. These detailed visual plans showcase how native plants can be used to create attractive, low-maintenance spaces that are safe for residents and pets, support pollinators and bird populations, improve stormwater management, and stabilize shorelines—all without relying on harmful herbicides.

To help fund these initiatives, TGON offers commemorative and memorial donation opportunities, allowing individuals to sponsor specific landscape elements in honor of loved ones. Additional funding is generated through native plant and merchandise sales, as well as targeted grant applications. Every dollar raised directly supports the implementation of these custom landscape plans.

 

Most importantly, our professionally designed plans are offered to communities at no cost. In areas where homeowners’ associations and traditional landscaping requirements can pose financial and regulatory barriers, TGON strives to remove these obstacles—making sustainable design practical, accessible, and achievable for everyone.
